During her final year, she and a colleague developed a Stroke Rehabilitation Class in a rural area of Worcester, Western Cape. Today, this initiative remains a core project for fourth-year physiotherapy students at the university.

During her community service, Angela worked in the Early Childhood Intervention Program. She collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to treat children with cerebral palsy and developmental delays in premature babies. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in paediatric and neonatal ICU settings.
