At Guelph Psychology Centre, we provide tailored therapeutic services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. We offer support for individuals, families, and couples, helping them navigate emotional difficulties, stress, and mental health challenges.
Children and adolescents often face unique emotional and psychological challenges. Whether dealing with anxiety, low mood, or behavioural issues, our psychologists offer support and strategies to improve mental health.
Adult clients often seek therapy to address stress, work-life balance, family dynamics, or personal struggles. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to develop coping strategies and emotional resilience.
Relationship challenges, such as communication difficulties and emotional disconnection, can benefit from couples therapy. Our therapists help couples strengthen their relationships through improved communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
Although GPC does not provide formal assessments, diagnoses are sometimes integrated into the treatment process. This allows for a comprehensive understanding of the client’s challenges and the development of a targeted treatment plan.
While referrals are not required, GPC practitioners do accept referrals from healthcare professionals, agencies, and insurers. This helps ensure that clients receive the appropriate care and support tailored to their needs.
The Guelph Psychology Centre is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health support. Our team of experienced clinicians is here to help clients overcome their challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
For more information or to book an appointment, please contact Lori Ferguson at 519-265-6960 or email guelphpsychologycentre@gmail.com. We look forward to helping you on your journey to better mental health.
