About Dr Judith Holden

Dr Judith Holden is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist with over three decades of experience in the mental health field. Her career journey began with roles such as a care assistant working with the elderly and a befriender for individuals facing mental health challenges. Her lifelong passion for people and their wellbeing has shaped her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients.

Dr Holden qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2003 and spent several years working within the NHS. In 2010, she transitioned into the private sector, where she honed her skills in one-to-one client work, as well as in supervision, teaching, training, research, and leadership.
