We are just a mile south of Hanley town centre and easily accessible by public transport, with bus stops just a short walk away and Stoke-on-Trent railway station located a 25-minute walk from our premises.

Additional Information

When attending your appointment, please report to reception at Trent House Business Lodge. If your session is scheduled before 9am, after 5pm, or on a Saturday, reception will be closed. In these cases, please wait at the side door on the right-hand side of the main entrance, where your physiotherapist will greet you. Access outside of regular hours is only permitted by your Ascenti physiotherapist, as other building tenants are not authorised to provide entry.

Parking is available on-site. If you arrive outside of standard hours or on Saturdays, please use the spaces before the barrier. Press the buzzer to the right of the barrier to gain access. The building has full disabled access, including a ground floor treatment room and disabled parking bays at both the front and rear entrances.
