Graduating MBChB from the University of Pretoria in 2002, she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes with distinction from Glamorgan University. Furthermore, she achieved an MSc in Diabetes with distinction at the University of South Wales in 2014, underlining her academic excellence.
