Turquoise Counselling Collective is a small, welcoming counselling service based in the heart of Canterbury city centre. We offer a personal, caring, and friendly experience tailored to meet your individual needs. Our therapy space has a homely atmosphere, making it a comfortable environment for clients to explore their feelings and concerns.
Our counsellors are highly experienced Integrative Therapeutic Counsellors. Each one can work with a wide range of issues, using their skills to provide support that suits you best. We are pleased to currently welcome new clients and offer appointments throughout the week, including evenings and some weekends. You can choose from face-to-face sessions, online counselling, telephone sessions, or outdoor therapy. We provide both short-term and long-term counselling to suit your preferences. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely and make positive changes. Our counsellors build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, warmth, and empathy. We also provide personal wellbeing support such as mindfulness, meditation, and grounding techniques to help you cope with daily challenges.
Counselling sessions typically last around 50 minutes and usually begin with weekly appointments. We strive to be as accessible as possible, offering flexible appointment times, including evenings and some weekends. You can attend sessions in person, online, by telephone, or outdoors.
Our fees start at approximately £60 per session, depending on the counsellor and therapy type. We offer a limited number of concessions and student discounts, so please enquire if you need support with costs.
Turquoise Counselling Collective was founded by Emily Russell and Rosemarie Savage, both trained locally and highly experienced Integrative Therapeutic Counsellors. We work together to share knowledge and ensure continuous professional development, which benefits our clients.
