At Aurora Therapy Centre in Canterbury, we provide tailored therapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. Our mission is to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and healing in a safe and professional setting.
The centre is led by Keeley Mardon, an integrative therapist with over 10 years of experience. Keeley is fully qualified in psychosexual and relationship therapy, trauma work, and child and adolescent therapy. She also provides clinical supervision. Her warm and thoughtful approach helps clients feel safe, heard, and understood from the very first session.
Unlike many therapy centres, we offer a broad range of support. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, intimacy problems, or difficulties in parenting, we’re here to help. Because we know that each person is unique, our approach is flexible and responsive to your needs.
Individual Therapy
Our one-to-one sessions support clients with anxiety, low mood, trauma, and harmful thoughts. We help you understand your emotions, build resilience, and find clarity.
Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy
We work with individuals and couples to address intimacy challenges, sexual difficulties, trust issues, and communication problems. Whether you are seeking to strengthen your bond or move forward after betrayal, we offer a safe space for open discussion.
Child and Adolescent Therapy
We offer age-appropriate therapy for children and teens. Sessions are designed to reduce anxiety, improve emotional understanding, and promote wellbeing. Some sessions may take place outdoors, which helps children feel more relaxed and able to share.
Clinical Supervision
Keeley offers reflective, structured supervision for therapists and organisations. This supports ethical, confident, and effective practice.
Our Areas of Expertise Include:
– Anxiety and panic
– Mood swings and depression
– Intimacy and sexual concerns
– Family and couple conflict
– Gender and identity questions
– Childhood trauma
– Porn addiction
– Harmful or intrusive thoughts
Clients describe Keeley as calm, professional, and easy to talk to. They value her ability to create a space where they can speak freely and feel accepted. Many couples and individuals report life-changing improvements in their emotional wellbeing and relationships.
Importantly, we offer both in-person and online sessions. This means you can access therapy in a way that suits you best. We also understand how hard it can be to take the first step. However, from the first phone call to your first session, we aim to make the process as simple and supportive as possible.
If you’re looking for experienced, compassionate therapy in Canterbury, Aurora Therapy Centre is here for you.
