About Philippa Boulter

Philippa Boulter is a highly trained psychotherapist offering specialised services for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in Worcester. She has completed extensive and rigorous training in two distinct fields: child and adolescent psychotherapy, as well as adult psychotherapy.

Philippa trained for six years at the Birmingham School of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. This intensive training qualified her to register with the Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP). The ACP is the only body recognised by the NHS for accrediting Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists. Philippa is accredited to work therapeutically with individuals aged from birth up to 25 years. To maintain her professional status, she regularly meets the stringent Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements set by the ACP.

In addition to her work with younger clients, Philippa trained for three years at the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy in Bristol. This training enabled her to register with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) as an Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist. Furthermore, she is a member of the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy (WMIP), reinforcing her commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to high standards in psychotherapy.

Philippa combines her extensive knowledge and experience with a compassionate and understanding approach. She works sensitively with clients to create a safe space where they can explore their feelings and challenges in depth.
