Dr Muhammed Hanif Abram is a highly qualified and experienced specialist in Periodontics, Implantology, and Oral Medicine. He earned his dental degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1998 and gained further clinical experience in London. Upon returning to South Africa, he became a partner in a successful group of dental practices in Pretoria.

Dr Abram furthered his expertise by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Stellenbosch and a Diploma in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery from the University of Pretoria, both with distinction. In 2009, he undertook a four-year specialist training programme in Periodontics and Oral Medicine, earning his Master’s degree cum laude. His research on oral and oropharyngeal cancer incidence in South Africa has been published in an accredited journal, and he has contributed to international dental research.

As an expert in Implantology, Dr Abram has trained and lectured dentists both locally and internationally. He is the founder of the Centre for Implantology and Oral Medicine, offering cutting-edge periodontal care, cosmetic surgical procedures, and dental implant solutions.
