Hanna Tree Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor Kent supports children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. She offers high-quality therapeutic support tailored to each young patient’s needs. Hanna works with issues such as anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and school-related stress. By using integrative talking therapies combined with play therapy and art, she ensures the best outcomes for her clients.
Hanna has a strong focus on treating patients diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD). She also specializes in working with foreign language speakers, providing therapy both with and without interpreters. This skill makes her an ideal therapist for diverse communities in Kent.
Hanna serves as a sessional therapist for the CAMHS outpatient service at Priory. She holds Accredited Member status with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Originally from Wroclaw, Poland, Hanna moved to the UK in 2005. She discovered her passion for psychological therapies after studying Musicology at university in Poland.
Hanna’s core training lies in integrative counselling, blending person-centred and psychodynamic methods. Since qualifying in 2014, she has further trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). Her certifications include:
