Marc George Orthopaedic Surgeon London specialises in treating a full range of hip conditions. He focuses exclusively on hip disorders, offering advanced procedures such as primary and revision hip replacements. Mr George graduated from the Royal London Hospital in 1994. He then completed a series of postgraduate surgical training posts. In 2001, he joined the South East Thames higher surgical training programme in orthopaedics. By 2007, he had joined the specialist register as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.
To further refine his skills, he completed a hip fellowship at Guy’s Hospital. He also visited renowned hip centres across the UK and the United States, gaining broad international experience.
In 2009, Mr George became a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals. Since 2017, he has served as the Orthopaedic Clinical Lead. His leadership has helped shape the orthopaedic services at one of London’s most respected institutions.

At Guy’s and St Thomas’, he runs fellowship programmes in young adult hip surgery and hip replacements. These programmes help prepare the next generation of hip specialists.
