Theo Koda Psychologist London specialises in supporting neurodevelopmental assessments at Evolve’s Norwich office. I serve as an assistant psychologist, working closely with clinicians to deliver comprehensive evaluations. I conduct Qb tests, carry out school observations, and gather essential information to provide accurate assessments. Additionally, I focus on a person-centred approach, which allows me to consider each client’s unique experiences. As a result, I help ensure that every individual receives tailored support throughout the diagnostic process.
In my role at Evolve, I support clinicians with ADHD and autism assessments. Specifically, I run Qb tests, analyse results, and complete detailed school observations. Moreover, I communicate findings clearly to both families and professionals. This collaboration helps clinicians create accurate and meaningful evaluations. I enjoy translating clinical knowledge into practical guidance that benefits clients immediately. Therefore, I actively participate in shaping a positive assessment experience.
I value a person-centred approach because it highlights individual differences. For example, each client’s background, personality, and learning style informs my assessment work. Consequently, I ensure that no one feels overlooked or misunderstood. I also focus on building trust and encouraging open communication. Furthermore, I tailor my support strategies to each client’s specific needs. By doing so, I enhance the diagnostic process and support positive outcomes for all.
I leverage my academic and practical experience to provide high-quality support. Specifically, I apply psychological theory during assessments while considering real-world challenges. Additionally, I work closely with senior clinicians to gain insight into best practices. This hands-on experience allows me to refine my skills and contribute effectively to the team. Importantly, I remain up to date with current research to ensure evidence-based practices guide my work.
Supporting clients drives my work as Theo Koda Psychologist London. I prioritise empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism in every interaction. For instance, I take extra time to explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly. Moreover, I collaborate with families to create strategies that extend beyond the assessment session. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients and families with knowledge and understanding. This approach fosters confidence and promotes long-term well-being.
